Problem Statement:
Helping Arms is a Dubai-based home service company offering a wide range of services, including home cleaning, AC repair, plumbing, and general maintenance. Before this project, the business operated mainly through phone calls and WhatsApp, which made it hard to manage bookings and limited their ability to scale. The client, Mr. Ijaaz Ahmed, wanted an easy-to-use website similar to UrbanClap (now Urban Company) where customers could book services by choosing a category, preferred date, and time.

The homepage displays all services, and users can select the service they want, pick a suitable date and time, and confirm bookings — all in just a few clicks.
