The client needed an arresting social media design to effectively promote treatment options for gynecomastia. The challenge was to convey the sensitive subject of male chest enlargement in a respectful, informative, and accessible way—all while engaging a bilingual audience through both English and Urdu messaging.

Objective:

Develop an eye-catching post that:

  • Educates viewers on gynecomastia and its relevant treatments
  • Highlights Dr. Zahid Iqbal Bhatti’s expertise in plastic and cosmetic surgery
  • Integrates bilingual textual elements to effectively reach both English and Urdu speakers

Design Strategy:

Visual Elements:

  • Impactful Imagery: A dynamic, shirtless model with a focused gesture on the chest area, directly illustrating the condition
  • Bilingual Messaging: The headline “How to Get rid of GYNECOMASTIA” is paired with its Urdu equivalent, ensuring the message resonates with the local community
  • Contact Integration: Prominently displaying Dr. Bhatti’s phone number, clinic website, and address encourages immediate action

Typography:
