Problem Statement For live Event Banner design:
ROAS and Boge Media, two leading marketing and business growth companies, were organizing a high-profile live event, “Scale Your Biz,” in Miami, FL. They needed a visually compelling graphic to promote this exclusive, invite-only event across various platforms. The design had to grab attention, communicate key event details, and appeal to entrepreneurs seeking business growth solutions. Additionally, the challenge was to convey the event’s premium value and urgency while keeping the design aligned with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
Solution:
Hub Tech designed a dynamic, modern event banner with a clean layout that balanced visuals and text effectively. Using bold typography for the event’s title and details ensured easy readability, while the purple accent created a sense of urgency and exclusivity. High-quality images of the event hosts were used to build trust and humanize the message. Key benefits of the live event were highlighted with bullet points, giving viewers a quick overview of why they should attend. A prominent call-to-action button was strategically placed at the bottom of the design to drive ticket claims, creating a sense of scarcity by noting limited seats. The result was a visually appealing and persuasive graphic that increased event sign-ups.
